About Elaine
Elaine is a Transformation Catalyst devoted to helping people live with intention, authenticity, and awareness.
Through inner exploration, she discovered what she calls the InnerSource—the inner wellspring of wisdom
that guides us home to ourselves. She brings curiosity, compassion, humor, and grounded presence to her work, creating a temenos: a space set apart where reflection, transformation, and renewal can unfold.
Her path into shamanic practice began in South Africa, where a traditional DiTola divination awakened a lifelong calling. She began studying Usui Reiki in 1997, deepened her shamanic studies in 2002, discovered PSYCH-K® in 2016, and completed training as a Ceremonial Rites of Passage Guide with Kedar Brown in 2021. She has also completed three Vision Quests.
Today, Elaine weaves subconscious belief work, guided inner exploration, intuitive practice, ritual, and ceremony to support people through life's transitions and awaken their innate capacity for healing and wholeness. Like clay transformed through fire, she believes meaningful change arises when the right conditions are tended with care.
Her ceramic practice is an extension of the same philosophy. Through handmade Spirit Vessels, she creates sacred containers for prayer, remembrance, intention, grief, celebration, and new beginnings. The outer vessel, she believes, exists in service of the inner one.
At the heart of all her work is a simple truth: every person carries an InnerSource of wisdom and wholeness. Her role is not to provide the answers, but to help create the conditions in which that wisdom can be remembered, embodied, and lived.
