About Elaine

Elaine is passionate about living each day with intention, purpose, and authenticity. Through deep inner exploration and a lifelong desire to understand herself and her place in the world, she discovered what she calls her InnerSource Calling — the inner guidance that leads us home to truth. She brings insight, humor, and curiosity to her work, creating a sacred yet grounded space for healing and transformation.

As a Transformation Catalyst and Shamanic Guide, Elaine has dedicated her path to helping others discover their soul purpose and illuminate their Divine Blueprint. She first felt called to Shamanic work while living in South Africa, where a traditional DiTola divination awakened her path. In 1997, she began studying Usui Reiki and other energetic wellness modalities, later deepening her Shamanic studies in 2002. She continues to learn and grow through mentorship and connection with her guides, offering Shamanic mentoring to clients who seek to deepen their understanding of themselves and their allies in non-ordinary reality.

In 2016, Elaine discovered PSYCH-K, a process of core belief restructuring that rewrites limiting subconscious patterns and restores inner harmony. Integrating these principles with Shamanic wisdom, her sessions support clients in recovering lost fragments of self and returning to wholeness in mind, body, and spirit.

In 2021, Elaine completed training as a Ceremonial Rites of Passage Guide with Kedar Brown and has journeyed through three Vision Quests. She brings this depth of ritual and ceremony into her one-on-one sessions, transformational workshops, and heart-centered retreats, helping clients clear blocks, remember their gifts, and align with their highest truth.

Elaine bridges intuitive wisdom with grounded experience. Her mission is to awaken the InnerSource within every being — to live with grace, authenticity, and radiant light.
